Sassa Grant Payment Dates For May;-The South African Social Security Agency has disclosed that roughly 46% of South Africans get a social stipend from the agency (Sassa).

Permanent grants are paid at the beginning of each month. The Care Dependency Grant, the Older Persons Grant, the Disability Grant, the Child Support Grant, and the Child Support Grant are all examples of these grants.

Sassa Grant Payment Dates For May

Sassa also announced that permanent grants will begin to be distributed on the second day of every new month. Previously these grants were distributed on the first Wednesday of a new month. The announcement means that citizens will have access to their money earlier every month.

May’s grants would have been distributed on Monday 2 May, however, the Post Office does not distribute grants on public holidays.

The distribution of grants will commence on Tuesday 3 May.
