KEY PURPOSE STATEMENT
Graduate technical trainee programmes are 18-month programs that aim to provide technical experience and technical skills for graduates. Because of its rigorous nature, the Programme should allow graduates to be assigned an immediate area of responsibility. The program is available in Engineering, Quality, and Brewing-related areas.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Recent graduates with bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering and Food Sciences, Chemistry
Motivated and self-directed
Problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Analytical abilities
