Ibn Sina University is a private university located in Kabul, Afghanistan. The university was established in 2013, licensed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Afghanistan, and named after Avicenna (aka Ibn Sina), a Persian polymath who served as a doctor, philosopher and Islamic scholar during the 11th century CE.

The tuition fee is charged per credit. The annual tuition fee for different courses is as follows:
Undergraduate Programmes–Bachelor of Science (BSc) & Bachelor of Arts (BA) -Tk. 50,000/- per year
Graduate Programmes — Master of Arts (MA), Master of Philosophy (MPhil), Doctorate program(DPhil) and Ph.D.– Tk. 40,000/- per year
Development Fee: Each student has to pay a development fee at the time of admission in all years except the first year after passing HSC or equivalent examination with minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4 for General Students; Tk 10,000/- for SC/ST students; One-time payment at the time 50% tuition fees are paid for 1st year students; Other than above mentioned students will have to pay it from second semester onwards according to their subjects selected [Note: This amount is non refundable]. Library Fee: Tk 2000/- per year only if you subscribe library facilities within two months after completing your admission process [Note: This amount is refundable].
